Dear Sirs,

It has come to my recent attention that unknown arcanists in Dyvers are causing a public nuisance, capturing innocent and law-abiding people, as well as scantily-clad elf maidens, and forcing them to participate in 'games' of some sort. I am a religious man and should not have to put up with this foolishness. Why is something not done? Is this how the city treats its visitors?
